Let your children help you prepare the family breakfast and you will see how they enjoy it. These apple pancakes, in addition to being a healthy option, will delight the whole family.
Ingredients(for 4 people):
- 2 apples
- 200 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 140 g sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla-flavored sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Oil or butter
1- Crack the eggs separating the whites from the yolks.
2- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, vanilla-flavored sugar, cinnamon, egg yolks, milk and a pinch of salt. Beat it all very well.
3- Peel the apples and, removing the core, grate them. Mix with the dough.
4- Heat a little oil or butter in a small frying pan over high heat.
5- Pour half a scoop of the dough into the pan so that it is rounded and fluffy. Turn it over at 2 minutes and let it do one more minute on the other side. Repeat the process with each pancake.
